Why is my video blurry?
If your recording is larger than your project settings, or if either are larger than your publishing size, the project will be condensed to the smaller size and becomes blurry. Record your screen at the same size as your project and published size.
Where is the setting for the project size?
The project settings are located on the drop-down menu with the canvas zoom, on top of the canvas.
Where are my recordings stored?
By default, recordings are stored in your Camtasia folder on your desktop.
You can move them to your project folder or set it to ask you for a file name by clicking:
- Tools
- Options
- File Options
- Select Ask for file name
How do I keep all my files together?
Click File and Export as Zip. make sure you select Include all files from Media Bin in zip.
